It’s National Dog Day

This National Dog Day (August 26) is extra special as we have a rescue dog to celebrate with. Ty is becoming healthy, strong, confident, and happy. His life has been transformed and his future is bright. What a wonderful addition to our pack he is.

Shelters all over the country are filled with dogs. Good dogs, who need nothing more than a second chance. Adopting a shelter dog is good for your heart. If you can’t do that, please consider a donation to your local shelter. It doesn’t have to be much, every little bit helps.

We adopted Ty from Big Bones Canine Rescue. They have many dogs, most from high kill shelters, looking for homes. Adopting Ty was wonderful, but I wanted to do more. So, a portion of each sale of my debut novel, Courageous Cain, will be donated to Big Bones. Won’t you help us help big dogs in need?
